The Professional Family Child Care Association of Utah – PFCCA is always striving to grow and remain at the forefront of family child care services that assist children, providers, and families. By continually providing resources and support for the education and skill development of child care providers more children in the state of Utah will have access to quality care in a nurturing environment during the most vulnerable time in their development.
This year our goal is to offer many family child care providers, who otherwise could not afford this training, the opportunity to apply for scholarships for The Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
Scholarships are given on an objective and non-discriminatory basis. No person shall be excluded from participation on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, political belief, national origin, linguistic and language difference, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, height, weight, marital or familial status or disability.
Scholarships of $100 will be awarded to 15 current PFCCA members who have completed and received their CDA certification within six months of application of the scholarship. Applicants need to fill out the application below which will be submitted to the Committee for approval.
